This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Cookie Policy") describes which cookies and other tracking technologies are used on the AI² Dating platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), accessible at ai2.dating and ai2.date, as well as in the mobile application.
This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the recommendations of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) on consent for the use of cookies.

1. What Are Cookies
1.1. Cookies are small text files that are stored on Your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when You visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about Your visit: language preferences, login parameters, and other settings.
1.2. In addition to cookies, the Service also uses Local Storage technology — a client-side data storage mechanism that, unlike cookies, does not transmit data to the server with each HTTP request.

4.2. OAuth Providers
When authenticating via Google or Telegram, the respective providers may place their own cookies on Your device. These cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers:

4.3. Push Providers
Browser push providers' servers (Google FCM, Mozilla Push Service, Apple Push) are used for push notification delivery. Notification content is encrypted (RFC 8291) and is inaccessible to the providers.

6. Service Worker and PWA
6.1. The Service uses Service Worker technology to enable progressive web application (PWA) functionality. The Service Worker:
• caches static resources (JavaScript, CSS, images) to accelerate loading;
• enables receiving push notifications in the background;
• is not used for tracking or profiling users.
6.2. The Service Worker can be removed through Your browser settings:

8. Retention Period
8.1. Cookies with a specified expiration period are automatically deleted upon expiry.
8.2. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed.
8.3. Local Storage data is retained indefinitely until explicitly deleted by the user or the application.
8.4. Upon account deletion, all associated Local Storage data is cleared upon the next login.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, You have the right to:
• Withdraw consent for the use of functional and analytical cookies at any time;
• Obtain information about the cookies used by the Service (this Policy);
• Object to data processing based on legitimate interest;
