Refund and cancellation terms
The user may request a refund in the following cases:
Within 14 calendar days of payment if the subscription was not activated (not used)
In case of technical issues preventing delivery of the paid service
Erroneous charge or double payment
To process a refund, please contact support at support@ai2.dating with the transaction number and reason for refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If a subscription has been activated and partially used, a refund may be issued proportionally for the unused period, at the administration's discretion.

There are no export restrictions. The service is digital and available to users worldwide via the Internet.
