Payment Methods

Delivery procedure and timing
The service is digital and provided instantly after funds are credited to the user's wallet. Subscription activation occurs automatically when AI² tokens are debited.

Refund and cancellation terms
The User may cancel the subscription at any time. Access to paid features ends immediately; refunds are made in AI² tokens to the Wallet from which payment was made.
Consumer rights remain in force, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU, insofar as that right has not ended as a result of the User’s consent to the immediate commencement of the service.
In case of technical issues preventing delivery of the paid service
Erroneous charge or double payment
Cancellation of the subscription and refunds of AI² tokens are governed by clauses 5.6.6-5.6.8 of the User Agreement. For monetary refunds where there are legal grounds, the User contacts support: support@ai2.dating.. Subscriptions purchased through App Store or Google Play are canceled in the settings of the relevant store; refunds are subject to that store’s rules.
If the subscription is canceled within 24 hours of payment, the full price of the paid period is refunded; after that, the price of the unused portion is refunded in proportion to the time remaining. AI² tokens are not exchanged back into money, except in cases provided for by law; this does not restrict subscription refunds in AI² tokens to the Wallet.

There are no export restrictions. The service is digital and available to users worldwide via the Internet.

Personal Data Protection
User personal data processing is carried out in strict compliance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the EU AI Act. The platform is committed to data protection by design and by default (Article 25 GDPR).
Secure Data Transfer
All data transferred between the user and the platform is protected by TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS) encryption. Payment data is sent directly to the payment provider's secure server - the platform does not store or process bank card details.
