Child Safety Standards
Child Safety Standards and Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
AI² Dating is an adult dating and communication service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following standards apply to every user, every profile, and all content on the service.
1. Adults only — 18+
AI² Dating is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 are prohibited from creating an account or using the service. Users confirm their age at registration, and any account found to belong to a minor is removed immediately.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate removal and account termination:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, video, text, or links.
- Sexualization of minors, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
- Attempts to use the service by anyone under 18, or to contact minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAE in any form.
3. In-app reporting
Every user profile in the app provides a "Report" action with dedicated reasons, including "Underage" and "Inappropriate content", and a "Block" action. Reports are received by our moderation team for review. Users can report a profile or content at any time directly from the app.
4. Detection, removal, and response
- We review reports and proactively moderate content for CSAE violations.
- Confirmed CSAM is removed and the responsible account is terminated.
- We preserve relevant data and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent local law-enforcement and child-protection authorities, as required by applicable law.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where the service operates, and we cooperate with law-enforcement and child-protection agencies.
